Job Description, Qualification & Experience

General Mechanic 2,500 (Basic) + 300 Food Allowance
Shall have ITI in Mechanical Engineering. Shall have a very good command of English language. Shall have a minimum of Ten (6-7) years of direct experience as Mechanical Technician in the field of Plant Maintenance and Turnaround activities of Mechanical Equipments in Power Plant of Combined Cycle (Steam and Gas Turbine). Must have good knowledge to overhaul, Pump, Band Screen, CCRBS, Stationary, Rotating Equipments & other accessories of Power Plant. Must be capable to plan and execute Turnaround activities as per schedule prepared by client. Must have good command to execute job as per tight schedule during Turnaround period. Gulf experience preferably in Saudi Arabia with SEC will be preferred. Age limit 40 Years. | ||
Maintenance Helpers 800 (Basic) + 300 Food Allowance
Shall have High School and above. Shall have some knowledge of English language. Shall have a minimum of Ten (2-3) years of direct experience as Maintenance Helper in the field of Plant Maintenance and Turnaround activities in Power Plant of Combined Cycle (Steam and Gas Turbine). Must have some knowledge for different type of tools used for maintenance job in power Plant. Gulf experience preferably in Saudi Arabia with SEC will be preferred. Age limit 35 Years. | ||
Electrical technician 2,400-2,700 (Basic) + 300 Food Allowance
Shall have ITI in Electrical Engineering. Shall have a very good command of English language. Shall have a minimum of Ten (10) years of direct experience as Electrical Technician in the field of Plant Maintenance and Turnaround activities of Electrical Equipments in Power Plant of Combined Cycle (Steam and Gas Turbine). Shall have a minimum of ten (10) years of working experience in industrial organizations preferable thermal power plant or Combined Cycle power Plants. Shall be able to use all types electrical test equipment, hand tools and power tools in a safe manner and work independently. Shall be able to perform appropriate electrical tests in shop and field, able to identify the defects and able to perform necessary repair or overhauling in any type of electrical motor, control circuit, motor operated valves (Limitorq and Rotorq) and other electrical appliances normally found in thermal power plant or Combined Cycle power Plant. Shall be able to install, calibrate and repair all types of protective devices, meters, instruments, recorders. Shall be able to understand electrical drawings, check electrical circuit and trouble-shoot faults. Shall be familiar with Industrial Saftey requirement applicable to thermal power plant or Combined Cycle power Plant. Gulf experience preferably in Saudi Arabia with SEC will be preferred. Instrument Technician 2,700-2,900 (Basic) + 300 Food Allowance
Shall have a ITI in Instrument Trade. Shall have a good command of English language. Shall have a minimum of Ten (10) years of direct experience as Instrument Technician in the field of Plant Maintenance and Turnaround activities of Instruments Equipments in Power Plant of Combined Cycle (Steam and Gas Turbine). Shall be capable of using all types of test equipment and hand tools in a safe manner. Shall be able to identify and replace defective components. Shall be able to re-assemble and recalibrate the equipment. Shall be able to understand the schematic drawings, piping drawings, instrumentation diagrams, electronic circuits and logic diagrams. Shall be familiar with all safety requirement applicable to thermal power plant or Combined Cycle power Plant. Shall be able to perform necessary maintenance on equipment in Electronics and Pneumatics Systems. Shall be able to understand the schematic drawings, instrumentation diagrams, electronic circuits and logic diagrams. Must be familiar for calibration of all instruments (PT, TT, LT etc.). Gulf experience preferably in Saudi Arabia with SEC will be preferred. Age limit 40 Years. | ||
Millwright Technician 2,800-2,900 (Basic) + 300 Food Allowance
Shall have ITI in Mechanical Engineering. Shall have a very good command of English language. Shall have a minimum of Seven (7) years of direct experience as Rotating Equipment Mechanic in the field of Plant Maintenance and Turnaround activities of Mechanical Equipments in Power Plant of Combined Cycle (Steam and Gas Turbine). Shall be able to use all types mechanical equipment, hand tools and power tools in a safe manner and work independently. Shall be able to use all measuring tools with good accuracy. Shall be able to perform repair and overhauling of all types equipment installed at Thermal power plant or Combined Cycle power Plant, including but not limited to such as turbine, pump, fan, motor, gear box. Shall be familiar with and able to repair, overhaul and install all types of mechanical seal with high degree of proficiency. Shall be familiar with reverse alignment procedure. Shall be familiar with standard rigging procedures. Shall be able to understand mechanical drawings, piping and instrument flow diagrams. Shall be familiar with Industrial Saftey requirement. Gulf experience preferably in Saudi Arabia with SEC will be preferred. Age limit 40 Years. | ||
